Pittsburgh Section Mourns the Loss of a Long-Time Member
On January 31, 2022, the ACS lost a long-time member, Dr, Denton Albright. From the May 2004 issue of The Crucible, Dr. Guy C. Berry from Carnegie Mellon University shared this photo:
Denton was extremely active in the Pittsburgh Local Section. He would have celebrated 70 years of membership this year, having joined the ACS in 1952. In 1974, he served as Chair of the section.
