THEME: Chemistry Under Construction
Pittsburgh wasn’t built by steel alone-it was built by chemistry. From metallurgy and glass to polymers, coatings, and modern construction materials, chemistry has shaped our region for generations. Help us celebrate that legacy during National Chemistry Week 2026 by volunteering for Chemistry Under Construction and inspiring future scientists through hands-on activities and demonstrations.
In partnership with the Kamin Science Center (KSC), the ACS Pittsburg Local Section is excited to offer the following NCW 2026 events. All events will be held on site at the KSC.
